Job Description

About Fold7
Since 1995, we’ve answered countless calls of opportunity. From crafting cut-through campaigns and conceiving innovative new products to navigating digital transformations and curating shared experiences, we’ve helped create and transform brands aplenty.

At Fold 7 we have a creative culture of opportunity hunters. Like our spirit animal, the fox, our team are resourceful, agile and entrepreneurial. Our collective cunning comes from bringing together people from multiple disciplines. It means we address every opportunity from ‘outside in’, seeing a brand as the consumer experiences it, rather than with a pre-determined solution in mind.

We value having people from all walks of life, it enriches our creativity and drives innovation. That’s why we invite talent from all experiences, cultures, religions, backgrounds, communities, abilities, genders and more to join us. Embracing a wide range of perspectives ensures that our work resonates with a diverse audience and reflects the vibrant world we live in. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, empowered, and inspired to contribute their unique voices to our collective success.

Based in stunning offices in Central London, this is an amazing opportunity to advance your skills at leadership level. From the minute you walk into the agency, people notice the warm welcome and the sense of feeling like home.

Culture and well-being
We are committed to conscious inclusion that creates an ethos of connection, belonging and shared purpose. We open our doors to others who share our values. We think about our people holistically and know the value of bringing our whole selves to work. It is why we developed a well-being programme, not just for our physical health but also for our mental health.

Doing work so impactful at the level we deliver is exhilarating. It is also demanding and requires every ounce of creativity, ambition and skill. We counter-balance this demand with energy-giving activities, from free yoga lunchtime classes in the agency, working with a qualified practitioner to our “generosity island”, where we sometimes leave post-holiday treats or home-baked goods to share. We organise book clubs, support social netball and football teams, host monthly breakfast together, support one-off sports or social charity events, and have Tate and The Southbank Centre memberships.

Flexible working
Hybrid working is an important element of both our strategy for adapting to, and thriving in, the new working environment following the pandemic; and our commitment to supporting a positive work-life balance for our people. We expect our people to be in the office Tuesday to Thursday, having Monday and Friday as working from home days.
